The color non-slip pavement is a thin layer of colored non-slip pavement that is coated with a special polymer adhesive on the road surface and sprinkled with colored anti-skid aggregates of different colors and laid in precise quantities. The color non-slip road surface is a brand-new road surface beautification technology with advanced construction technology. Compared with traditional black asphalt concrete and gray cement concrete pavement, it has the characteristics of safer driving, easier management of traffic and more beautiful road surface. It has a warning function, and it can improve the situation of water splashing on the road surface, water, and oil dirt, and it is easier to maintain.

EASYBOND Road Markings supply and lay cold applied anti-skid surfacing and coloured surfacing which can be used for cycle tracks, approaches to junctions and roundabouts and also driveways.

We use a hand applied two-pack resin system which can be applied to tarmac, concrete and asphalt. It is covered in the chosen coloured aggregate. Usually it is covered in 1-3mm Chinese bauxite aggregate to provide a strong anti-skid-surface on roads. For cycle tracks it is usually covered in 1-3mm red coloured aggregate.

The benefits of antiskid are reduced braking distance, reduced skid risk, creates visual awareness and improves safety especially in the wet. It's applied in many different locations on the road but also in other locations where slipping or lack of traction could lead to accidents. It is particularly useful at junctions, pedestrian crossings, roundabout approaches, cycle lanes, bus lanes, and dangerous bends.
